Three groups (Circles) of United Methodist Women (UMW) are actively involved in missions. Circles meet in homes and/or at the church. General meetings with all Circles together are held in the church fellowship hall as announced. Proceeds from various fundraisers help support the many mission projects of the United Methodist Women. All women are invited to join for Christian fellowship and opportunities for mission service.
The United Methodist Men’s group (UMM) meets on the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 AM for breakfast and a special program. All men are encouraged to participate. The goal of the UMM is to promote Christian fellowship and harmony within the church. The United Methodist Men supports all church ministries, especially the youth (UMYF) and the Scouting programs that has been sponsored by the church for more than 60 years. The men also assist with minor repairs and maintenance to the church.
The KELLY CLASS, organized in 1947, was named for then minister, the Rev. Owen T. Kelly. Most of the class members are retired, and the average attendance is ten to fifteen each Sunday. The class rotates teachers and encourages group discussion. The Kelly Class meets in the Kelly Classroom on the first floor of the education wing. Members are Christian adults who participate in many church activities. Visitors and new members are always welcome.
The MARTIN CLASS welcomes adults seeking to learn about their relationship with God in everyday life. Members are a diverse group of all ages. They discuss the Word of God primarily from the Bible directly. The class meets in the Martin Classroom on the second floor of the education wing and welcomes visitors and new members.
